Abstract

In present business world Employee welfare concept is the key element of industrial relations. Labor welfare includes overall welfare facilities like statutory and non statutory benefits that are designed to take care of the well being of employs and to increase their living standards. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the various dimensions of labor welfare measures and to identify the satisfaction levels of employees about various labor welfare measures adopted in APHMEL PUBLIC LTD, Kondapalli. This study helps to improve the welfare schemes in APHMEL PUBLIC LTD. The data is collected through well structured questionnaire. The source of data is both primary, secondary and the Sample size is 60. Data analysis has been done with statistical tools like tables, graphs, pie- charts, bar diagrams etc
